1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using Music Studios in Florida (the “Service”), operated by Meinero, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Music Studios in Florida is a directory that helps people discover and connect with recording, mixing, mastering, rehearsal, and production studios across Florida. You agree to:

• Keep your account secure and use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Provide accurate information when submitting a quote request or a studio listing.
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3. Quote Request Service

When you submit a quote request through the Service:

• Your contact information will be shared with up to three (3) local studios in your area.
• Those studios may contact you directly by phone, email, or other details you provide.
• We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, availability, or delivery of any services provided by those studios.
• We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, or that any quotes will meet your requirements.
• You are under no obligation to hire any studio that contacts you.

4. Studio Listings

If you list your studio on the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your studio.
• Maintain the accuracy of your listing information over time.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your business.

We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate these terms.

5. Listings & Removal Policy

Unclaimed listings

The directory may include basic studio information compiled from publicly available sources. These unclaimed listings are provided to help visitors discover local studios.

Claiming your studio

If you are the owner or authorized representative of a listed studio, you may claim your profile to update, verify, or enhance the information displayed.

Removal requests

If you do not wish your studio to appear on the Service, please contact us. Upon receiving a valid request, we will remove or update the listing within seven (7) business days.

Neutrality of listings

Listings and reviews are user-generated or drawn from publicly available sources. Music Studios in Florida does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy of any listing or review.

6. Communications & Outreach

Studios compiled from publicly available sources may receive outreach from us by email — for example, to let them know a customer in their area has requested a quote, or to invite them to claim their listing. Every such message includes our physical mailing address and a working one-click way to unsubscribe. We honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain a suppression list so unsubscribed addresses are not contacted again.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Music Studios in Florida and Meinero, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, any third-party services featured on the platform, the quality or delivery of services provided by listed studios, or any dispute between you and a studio.

9. User Content

When you submit listings, reviews, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before providing any personal information.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
