Featured placement moves your listing up a page and puts a label on it. That is the whole product. It does not send you customers, it does not forward you enquiries collected elsewhere on the site, and we do not promise a number of anything.
Booking requests are separate and always free. When a visitor uses the booking form on your listing, it goes to your studio and to no one else. Paying for placement does not change that, and not paying does not withhold it.
