Morrisound Recording, located in Tampa's Sulphur Springs neighborhood, is a state-of-the-art facility housed in a restored 1920s bank building. The studio has recorded landmark metal and rock albums including Sepultura's Arise, Death's Leprosy, Morbid Angel's Altars of Madness, Deicide's Legion, Obituary's Cause of Death, Kamelot's The Black Halo, Nocturnus's The Key, and Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Night Castle, as well as mastered Death's The Sound of Perseverance and Trivium's Ember to Inferno. Morrisound specializes in recording, mixing, and mastering, and offers immersive recording sessions where engineers and producers work alongside artists without a control room separation. The studio features a calibrated Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 system for three-dimensional mixing and is conveniently situated near major highways and Tampa International Airport.
