Criteria Recording Studios in Miami has served as a recording destination since 1958, when founder Mac Emerman established the facility in North Miami. The studio's six rooms have hosted sessions for major artists spanning multiple genres and decades, including Fleetwood Mac's "Rumours," the Bee Gees' "Main Course" and "Children of the World," Barbra Streisand's "Guilty," R.E.M.'s "Automatic for the People," Bob Seger's "Stranger in Town," and The Allman Brothers Band's "Idlewild South." Studio D features modern recording capabilities with an SSL ORIGIN console, Apple Mac Studio M3 Ultra, Pro Tools Ultimate, and comprehensive outboard gear ranging from vintage analog tape machines to contemporary digital processors.
