The Studio
Founded by Marathon residents Jeff and Patty Dalton, Sunrise Studios of Marathon combines professional recording production with music instruction and academic tutoring. The studio features Logic Pro on a 64GB Mac workstation, preamps from A-Designs and Focusrite, microphones including Shure and Neumann models, and instruments ranging from grand pianos to a vintage Mini-Moog. Jeff Dalton handles bass, guitar, piano, voice, and recording engineering, while the studio offers lessons in guitar, ukulele, piano, drums, voice, and music theory alongside production services for songs, albums, voiceovers, and podcasts. Equipment rental and a 16-channel mobile recording rig are also available.
